A campaign to drive floor traffic in to a retail environment with a reward for purchase. Promotion ran for a 2 month period with an increase in sales over the year before for the same period by 22%.
B to B with a pull through to incent the end users. Result sold $2.5 million dollars in product in 25 minutes.
The focus was to sell slow or discontinued stock but maintain margin. This program was built around a Father's day theme and was based on the purchase of select products. 4 levels of prices were offered by each location with 1 grand prize nationally.
Objective: 2.3 million catalogues printed to drive floor traffic.

Result: 22% increase in sales over same period from the previous year plus new customers.

Objective: To incent franchisee's to purchase show packs which they would on sell to customers using the pull through promotion.

Result: $2.5 million dollars in product sold in 25 minutes.

Objective: To reduce inventory of slow or discontinued items without erosion of margin.

Result: 85% sell out of selected items without discounting.
