Peak Marketing will accepts returns for credit/exchange of an item within 7 days of receipt, provided that the goods have not been worn and are in their original packaging. To request a return or exchange please complete the online form below and click on submit.

You will receive from our Customer Service staff a copy of your submitted form, along with an authorisation number. When you receive this email, please print it out and include it with the goods being sent for exchange/refund.

Peak Marketing will not accept returns which do not have an authorisation number included.

Please note that approval is subject to the terms of the Returns & Exchange Policy and you will be contacted if the terms below have not been met.

  1. Any returns will incur a freight charge for re-sending of replacement goods
  2. Returns are only accepted for goods still in their original packaging and unworn.
  3. Returns will not be accepted after 7 days of receipt of goods.
  4. This form, with an approved authorisation number must be enclosed with the returned goods to enable exchange or refund.
